December Community Update

 Dear Neighbors,

Can you believe it’s almost 2024?

And guess what!? We’re roughly 50% through the construction phase!!!

Here’s what took place since our last update:

• Structural roof repairs

• Roofers mobilized and roof replacement

• Roof drains installed

• Cold Form Steel (CFS) wall framing

• HVAC materials ordered

• Installation of rear mezzanine structural steel

• Plumbing rough-in

• Terracotta stone completed at SW corner

The roof, the roof, the roof is on fire! Okay it’s not really, but we did make some progress on it.

What’s coming up next?

• MEP rough-ins

• Structural steel phase III

• RTU Curbs (for mounting heavy building systems on the roof)
